We're relatively young, founded in 2020. Being a fresh face on the market, we hope to bring new ideas and exciting products to our customers.

From the very beginning, our focus has been to offer our customers naturally sourced, hand-picked everyday products. This is reflected in our prices and most importantly we are transparent, open with our customers. We would love to hear from you!

We are located in London, United Kingdom, with the hope of expanding future locations globally.
Are all our products plastic-free?
We agree plastic is not fantastic so we are trying our best to find suppliers that offer completely plastic-free products or plastic-free packaging. However, occasionally you will receive products with plastic packaging, but rest assured, we aim to reduce our carbon footprint. This includes transparency on raw materials used in products and on packaging materials.
Where do all your amazing products come from? Majority of our products come from USA, UK, Europe and China.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Thank you for your purchase. Our products are hand-picked to create happiness because we want you to make the most out of your purchase. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to make things right.
How long is your return policy?
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of perishable goods such as foods cannot be returned. Please, also we don't accept returns on several types of perishable foods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and/or flammable liquids or gases.
What is your return process?
First check if your order is eligible for return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your proof of purchase.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Where can we ship to ?

Where are your products shipped from?
To keep our prices competitive, most of our handpicked products are from the USA, the UK and some products are from China.
Do you ship your products internationally ?
Unfortunately we don't. We feel your love.
